How'd you find out about this site?

I actually found this site before TMF, this was the first site that made me feel a whole lot more comfortable with my tickling preference. I was just curious about my taste and went looking on google, And behold, a forum full of people like me. It really lifts the burden on your shoulder to know that your not alone. This is the reason why I (finally after years 😛) decide to become an official participating member of the forum 🙂

Edit: Looks like I should have read a little more on the board. Looks like alot of people had the same reaction as me (not that I"m surprised) when discovering TT. And really that makes this place even more special. :3

same here, i found the tmf in 02, then i saw a link to TT on there and decided this place was way more my taste, i remember thinking.."wow this place looks fresh" while tmf looks like it hasn't been updated since 85 (lol) both great sites =) i lurked on here for only a year before becoming a member, i finally became a member on tmf in 06 lol

Been a member of theticklingforum for quite sometime and while reading some of the stories heard about tickletheater and checked it out and joined.

Through google. I remember looking up 'tickle stories' and related variations of that for years! Then, I finally got 'antsy' and said, what the heck, nothing'll likely happen.

And yes, I prefer this site much more in comparison to the TMF. It just seems a lot more homey/laid-back, comfortable and inviting.
Also, I know, I know, I know this goes on, and whatnot, but I like to at least 'try' to remain as ignorant of this large aspect as possible: there's not a naked picture of some girl on every-single-page, advertising you buy 'tickle porn', or whatever. That, I found a nice omission (though I'll likely be hounded by a flood of nay-sayers).

So yes, this is why I finally decided to join. I posted once here (and at TMF, eventually), and got a response on the 'Tickle Fight Thread' the next day (which I thought was fast). Ever since then, I've found out a lot more about this 'interest', and am feeling increasingly accepted, and a sense that I'm more normal than I thought I was when I was a little child, goofing around with and poking my relatives.
