You might try calling their 1-800 number, their people are pretty helpful. It's probably temporary.

Simply try again later like it SAID TO DO. or e-mail Aim and explain your problem to them in full details and then see if they can maybe help you out.

AIM died for a bit last saturday night but it seems OK (for me and this neck of the woods) now

Re-Install...

If you keep getting that error message, reinstall AIM. You won't lose your buddy list, it's linked with the screen name you use.
