I found this manga that maybe someone already knows, it's called Tsumi to Kai. It's a manga about bondage and I think that in the future there could be tickling scenes. Already in chapter 3 there is a small f/m scene.

I actually looked up on Google a character's name in that page. It's from an old manga called 'Oyama! Kikunosuke'.

The Hero Academia anime seems to be a lot more faithful to the manga, thankfully. Nowadays we don't get such poor adaptations of popular manga that often, fans would complain.

BTW, the Tejina Senpai anime just started airing, there's gonna be a couple more tickle scenes.

Nana to Kaoru finally did a tickling-focused chapter. These are from Young Animal 2019-14's chapter (no number given, but possibly ch.6) of "Nana to Kaoru - Kokosei no SM gokko." She pees herself at the end.

Just a heads up, Sentai's dub for Kämpfer is out, I'm actually surprised that this series got a dub at all meaning episode 3's tickle scene is now in english (there's only 2 videos for episode 3 online atm and both are sped up so if you want it at original speed you'll have to search for it), and honestly the dubbed tickle scene is actually pretty good this time and I have zero complaints.

I'm gonna be completely honest, after I saw the Sentai dub of the Cross Ange scene I wasn't planning on watching any future tickle scenes dubbed by them, but then I saw that they were releasing Kämpfer with an English dub and I just couldn't resist, that scene was one I had to know how it'd be handled if dubbed and I'm glad I did because I probably would have missed out on a great dub otherwise.

Found the Nana to Kaoru - Kokosei no SM gokko chapter and it's the 10th chapter, so I'll post the rest of the tickling related pictures.
They combine with the ones already posted, they follow the same numbers.
First three are before the tickling starts, fourth is before the foot tickling and the last two are after the foot tickling panel.
