I think the magazine is actually Comic Bunch. I'm expecting someone on twitter will post it but finding chapters for this manga past the translated 12 is almost impossible. It looks like it's some kind of contest like in Dragon Maid where the girls are trying to keep their arms up as they get tickled. I tried to see if I could buy the volume online, but I can't use any of the Japanese sites. I tried amazon.jp, since apparently it's on kindle unlimited for free and you can make a 30 day trial account, but it won't let me; probably because I'm not in Japan.

I remember posting this one a few years ago, it's good to be reminded of it! The lack of a singular art style always seemed odd to me, and the fact that it's so inconsistent makes me think it was either drawn by multiple people, or traced from multiple different manga. haha

Well for context, that’s actually one of the main male leads cross-dressing as Romin. You can actually hear his laugh slip from the high-pitched tone into his regular voice as the brushes tickle him as the scene goes on.
