M/F foot from "Mizu no Soko Nimo Haru ha Kuru" (水の底にも春はくる) chapter 3. The MC is a depressed woman who seems to not like laughing/smiling who meets some sort of octopus monster man. After she helps him clean himself in this chapter, he returns the favor, and she bursts out laughing as he cleans her feet.

Having played the game and gotten the octopus one, no, it is voiced like that.
Really sad to be honest.
I like brown dust 2 interaction alot more if i would compare.
