I've been checking out upcoming anime for potential scenes.. Season 2 of The Angel Next Door Spoils Me Rotten may have a few belly scenes. Season 1 apparently ends at vol 4. Volumes 5-8 all have some mention of belly tracing/tickling or just body stroking (M/F and F/M). Go here and search "tickl" for the scenes.

Azur Lane, new Lexington L2D skin has a LOT of tickling!

I went back to save the dub version of the scene in "The Dark History of the Reincarnated Villainess" ep7, when I saw this scene again in the same episode. In the sub it wasn't made clear what exactly the maids were doing, but in the dub version she says "stop tickling me". So I guess there are 2 scenes in the same episode.

Edit: based on the manga, they are patting her down. You can see one of the maids hands is in her armpit so I guess it tickles her. I'll add the manga pages for both scenes.
