i heard the dub version on the torrent i got and it sounded better than the japanese to me!
shame we cant see the tickling but at least the laughter and teasing was good ^^

The dub is good! Does anyone know if theres a way to isolate the background voices? I just want to hear just the tickling going on. Surely theres a way to do it?
Well what i can say ,i half expected it to be changed in some shape or form ,like not going up close and showing the girl and her expressions , even Yuki being tickled was showed from a distance sadly, at least they should have shown that properly.
But hey the laughter was great for that girl and they didn't cut it or skipped it at least .
What really surprised me was how the girl looked different and the ones that tickled her too , from the manga for some reason but maybe that's how it was in the LN ?
Dose the dub gives Yuki a clearer laughter too ? In the Manga it looked she did laughed better.

I did a quick search on this show when the tickle scene got brought up and it seems like its budget is really low, so I was definitely expecting this outcome. Animating tickling that actually looks good takes a decent amount of effort, I've noticed a bunch of these lower budget shows have it happen off screen.

at least it wasn't because of censorship. I can understand there being not enough in the budget on top of time constraints. And at least the laughter is good.

They released the episode 10 trailer and she has her socks. So little chance that she is barefoot for the stage.

Well we did see some of it but it was from a different angle and distance sadly , no close up of the girl to see her face , her expressions, same for Yuki probably the worst, as it was in the manga . But the laughter on bout of them were great , even the dub probably better for Yuki .
Now i do wonder if the girl was tickled more and on her soles too since she seems she didn't wear any socks like the others .
Yep saw it already , I wonder if Yuki has experienced herself that kind of interogation before, maybe in her earliest games when she started , or she simply knew bc she saw it ,or read it etc. I don't think the Author will go that far to have another tickle interogation or torture , but how knows.
It's a shame it was off-screen, but the laughs were great. The funny thing is that while in the manga the girls tickle out of obligation, here in the anime these girls playfully love tickling while saying "tickles tickle" and having fun. Here in the anime, besides interrogating her, they're also playfully and affectionately interacting with the girl from the other team. That scene was hilarious😁

Heh! Ain't that somethin'. Turns out that Kushieda, the girl who was tickled in the bunny girl death game right there is actually sharing the exact same voice actress as that Ezo character in Chained soldier who gets tickled!
Looks like she's getting a warm up xD
I've only just been able to find the Japanese voice actors though on the main sites. Still looking for whoever Kushieda's English VA was. It's a little strange. I wasn't even able to find this information until today.
I don't even understand what's going on here. I'm actually getting the full info on my phone here, but when I'm on the PC myanimelist.net/anime/59711/Shibou_Yuugi_de_Meshi_wo_Kuu/characters, the character Kushieda is not here. I have no idea, same website even.
It's being wierd, I can get it to show up if I find her VA in Chained Soldier to get to her roles, but for some reason this character is not being displayed on the SHIBOYUGI staff and characters tab myanimelist.net/character/291873/Kushieda
And, there are quite a view dubs, apparently.

I'm also interested in who voices the ticklers as well. Apparently someone said Netflix usually updates the dub credits in a few days of airing so maybe they will show up then?
