Yeah, when asking the author or the writer about this one, he tells us that there is a little chance for it to come out and the author other than anyone would love to see the next chapter. He insinuates that either the publisher or the one painting it is currently not wanting to continue with the 3:rd volume.
On another positive note tho..

It is his new manga and is currently ongoing.
The manga will have tickling introduced in the later chapters according to the novels. In the first parts, there is no tickling at all, so the first 6 chapters dont have tickling, so my guess is that the first tickling episode will be at ch 8 or 9. In the novel, the first part is an "Introduction" volume" and from Volume "1" in the novels, it transfers to being more of a slice of life story in the later episodes and the tickling is introduced in the 3:rd chapter in the first novel volume.
Almost all his novels i have bought, introduces tickling in them, it is definitely worth checking out.
