So I saw this manga in my twitter feed called "ばくちぬぎ！" promoting a 2nd volume. The cover looked intriguing so I bought the 1st and found a few scenes in it. 1st image is a ticklish groping, 2nd image is a tickle punishment, and 3rd is being tickled while holding pee.

But I also found the manga on this website here, you can see there is a chapter 25 thats available for free. I'm confused because I didn't see that chapter 25 in the 1st volume I bought? Does anyone know why that is?
