I logged in to have a look. It is a skin and i have the character in question. Neither the character or the story seems to contain any tickling. Looks more to be a segs sceen

Couple a twitter things, first is from the Haze Reverb twitter (that game again from last page or so here).
This might be a false positive, but just wondering if that feather means anything, wasn't able to find anything but here it is anyways.
