I GOT IT!

After some heavy research I was able to find out where that ants clip is from.

I thought I recognized that animation and type of hair style. It's from Knight Lamune! The character is from that series and I checked Knight Lamune DX on it.
I don't know exactly which series or episode yet though but i'll keep looking!
