You're forgetting one crucial detail: The last thing Sanae does to Shinka before tickling her is squeeze her knee until she hears an audible crack, causing Shinka to cry out in pain. Knowing this, it's obvious that Sanae dislocated Shinka's leg before tickling her foot, explaining the bizarre feat of anatomy on display.

Extreme? Maybe. But one does not fuck around in the world of tickling.

The only other possible logic, if you want to call it that, is that she's raised the knee before pulling off that stunt. If the knee was raised (and under the desk, that's also kind of a logical stretch) then the ankle could be turned up and while the foot wouldn't really be face-up to the camera as it appears to be, it also wouldn't be quite such an exaggeration.

Then wouldn't the overwhelming agony of just having your kneecap exploded completely override the tickling sensation?

I'm pretty sure it would go a little something like this:

You would be giving your speech, trying your damnedest to ignore your friend fucking with you, then she would blow out your kneecap, then you would let loose a bone-chilling scream, fall to the floor while writhing and screaming in agony, the classroom would lose their shit after seeing you in that state, the speech would be cancelled, you would be taken to the hospital, and your friend would be charged for assault before being taken to jail.

Correct me if i'm wrong.

You see she is walking just fine afterwords. And it is really just perspective. She does stand far enough away from the podium to have her leg raised. Look at the 12 second mark. Easily enough distance to raise the leg to tickle it.

Haha You weren't around for this one, Ninja? Page 69. I remember having to download the series episode by episode, and I was super disappointed to find that the animators thought tickling someone through a heavy space boot was a plausible idea.
