I came up with this tickling position awhile back and figured I'd share it.
The tickler sits upright in a bed with their back against the bed frame. They stack several pillows on their lap. The ticklee lays down with their hips over these pillows and their legs straddling the tickler. Their legs can be tied to the sides of the bed and their arms can be tied to the other end of the bed before the tickler sits down.
This position would have the ticklee's ass raised up in the air right over the tickler's lap. The ticklee's legs would also be spread wide, giving perfect access to the sensitive inner thighs. This position is highly effective and very humiliating for the ticklee.
