When you roll the cursor over somebody's avatar, three rectangles appear: "Follow", "Ignore", and "Send direct message".

Thanks for letting me know. I'm talking more on the tickling subreddits. Here it's easier to avoid.

It's also not that big of a deal in general, it's just nice to see I'm not the only one noticing the dominance of foot content when it comes to tickling.
