I realize that this thread would probably be better suited for the gatherings section of the forum, but due the fact what I'm about to say refers to something started in the personals section, I feel that It'd be appropriate for there to be a mention of this topic here.
I'm not sure if anyone remembers me, but I'm thetickler18 and I once attempted to start a Long Island munch a few months ago, and failed.
I wish to apologize to everyone who was going to attend the failed munch if I haven't previously.
I've never attempted to start an event like this and,.. in hindsight it was my poor planning and anxiety that led to the munch's demise.
It's a shame things couldn't work out, because it feels like there aren't many frequent, widespread munches on Long Island.
Anyway, thank you for listening.
