Which ones you are talking about..I have no idea.So,if I understand correctly,you hate it when girls wear this particular kind of sock,with sneakers.
All I can tell you is that (me and some other members here,anyway) live in America and we can wear,pretty much and most of the time,whatever we want.We cannot just tell people not to wear something because you and maybe some other people get offended by it.It would be utterly and thoroughly unconstitutional and unconscionably unreasonable.So,I am very sorry,but you will just have to avert your eyes or get used to it because people who do this are not changing it anytime soon.

I'm not sure if it's a good idea for me to say this....but in my point, a girls that wears just sneakers but no socks, may be a good idea to quicken the time to begin, but can be a risk like some had mention: Blister, exceesive oder (though some likes that), or athletes foot (which is bad for anyone in my opinion).

And for this one I'll agree with Rox. Young girls are nice and can be cute, since we're in this site...if it's not in an appropriate age, then I'm afraid that it may not or should not be talked about unless the true crator of the character is officialy 18 or higher. Little girls (Between Elementary school to Certain grades in High School) Won't cut it in here. Plus, what Rox just showed us, she is a very attractive woman.

Now I know that most time you see anime females that wear shoes with socks (no matter how long), The creators of characters have their reasons like: Sock/Shoe fetish, Don't like barefeet much, trying to be reasonable when it comes to outdoors and sometimes indoors, teaches others to wear sock for different reasons, etc.
