Anyone actually try mixing those sort of powders with real things, like soda?

You never know what may happen.
 
I like the lemonade mixed with the iced tea one. I dunno, I guess I got used to them growing up back home with my dad who is a diabetic. He lived off of that shit lol.

I've been doing to diet drink dance here lately myself, trying wean myself off of all the sugars I ingest in a day etc. I've taken a strong liking to diet cherry vanilla Dr. pepper (though maybe that's not especially healthy) I'm also quite fond of the Blueberry Pomegranate Vitamin water. Sometime you can catch it on sale at Wal Mart for a $1 a bottle.
