what i want to know is...who is the one in charge of tickling these criminals?Do they have a specific person that they have TRAINED to tickle the criminals more effectively then the "novice tickler?" Maybe a female cop perhaps cuz she would have the advantage of long fingernails!
I'd like to hear that conversation when one male higher ranking cop instructs another cop to tickle some guy till he talks! I mean if your really not into m/m contact like that you wouldn't be in any rush to dig your fingers into some guys hairy armpits to tickle him...even if it is for torture
