signing something with small print which INSINUATES I am covered by a policy, paying for the insurance, NOT receiving a refund, etc., then being directed to call a number and there are 10 options of different robotic replies, the main one being to go to their website and read MORE small print. (ex, e-ticket travel "insurance" )
