So I am in the library studying and as I got up to go return my book, a male friend of mine was studying with his sneakers off and his socked feet resting on a chair. We started talking for a bit and I was trying so hard not to check out his feet. He had these grey socks on and they were like lying there all vulnerable. At first I held back but at the same time I was so fascinated, but I let it go at first. I walked downstairs and returned the book. On my way back up since there was no one around in library at 11 pm, I went right up to him (his face was in his book) and tickled one of his feet. He wasn't very ticklish, but he looked at me, shook his head and smiled and said.."Ahhh I'm tired! I need a girl to rub my feet but just not in the library, you're crazy."

Hes my friend and he already knows that I am "out there" so I kinda got away with it. I just can't hold back hahah.

Why doesn't this happen all the time?

Thanks for the story, CuteJill143. Why this does not happen more often? Is it me, or has America gone exposed-feet crazy in recent years? People wear flip-flops even when the weather isn't warm and, as you describe, you see stocking or bare feet in public everywhere nowadays. Maybe America's getting incredibly informal, as many don't think twice about resting putting their feet up in restaurants, on public transportation, and so on.

And the most intriguing aspect of all this: More people don't do what you did to your friend, CuteJill143! Bare feet resting on a table or bench, so easy to tickle, yet even the friends of these people don't take advantage of the opportunity.

Thanks for sharing the story, Jill. I've noticed lots of barefoot women in libraries who have slipped their shoes off, but I've never tickled any there. 😀

Yes, thankyou for the story. Guys just don't know how to appreciate a girl giving them a polite tickle. Such a shame...
I did the very same to a girl in an office, and she smiled and giggled. You just never know...
