I Have Some Info About The Playstation Classic

Hi All! Some of you may know this already, but they are releasing a PS Classic this December.

My sister sent me a link to the article. It wasn't on PlayStation.com.
I went to PlayStation.com (hoping to see a list of games, no luck) I did, however, discover something interesting.

PlayStation is NOT going to be shipping them out with power cords or plugs, just an HDMI cable. Now, I don't know about you, but I think for the listed $99 price tag, they should include a cable and a plug.

I guess it's just another case from the money hungry PlayStation (or Sony, if you prefer)

Given the price, the lack of included cables if what you're saying is true, and the limited number of games I think you'd be much better off making your own emulation device that can run multiple systems. I would suggest something like the Nvidia Shield TV, the lattepanda, or assembling in an expensive PC.

I got one for Christmas (I used the plug from one of the Nintendo classics). A few good games, good for a blast from the past feeling, but not worth the price tag.

Its currently $40 at gamestop lol but just hack it and you can have SO many games.

I noticed the price drop as well. My local Bestbuy has slashed the price twice, but it seems that they still can't get them to sell.

Add-on: Not to mention the controller. The PS Classic comes with a normal controller, when most of the games on it take (or at least work better with) a six axeis controller.
