I love to say:

"...so, there's THAT..." is my most over-used empty phrase. Along with "...good times..." often said at the most inappropriate moments.

I fear awkward silences. I need to fix this.

Ha! That made me giggle. I too use the word a lot. Frequently. And in many forms. My most overused would be to the tune of "Fuck that noise" or "Yeah, Fuck that" when someone suggests tickling me or just in general something I don't agree with. Though I also frequent "Ain't happenin' Cap'n" and "Negative Ghostwriter" as well lol
