I needed to celebrate!

I finally got the comic book I've been working on delivered to me today, so I was in the mood to cut loose and celebrate. What else would I do? I played some Rock Band!

I play in a fake band (the bass and vocals). I cut my sister out of the picture (she's the drummer) because I don't trust some of you here...Cy/MiG. But, I just felt like rocking out.

I personally prefer Donkey Konga bongos on gamecube to this guitar hero/rock band thing....anyone else?

I indeed play rockband as well. Actually broke down and bought some of the downloadable songs. Not the greatest at it but have a blast trying.

Haven't yet, though I know many who do and seem to enjoy it.

Personally, I'd rather spend hours learning how to play a REAL instrument. (though I'd probably fail miserably)

Try months, not hours.

The fun of rock band is you can pick up a little fisher price instrument and within a day you can pretend to have talent 😀

I was just taking the opportunity to give you a hard time, my man. I understand what you mean about trying to master a real instrument thou. Most of my family can play real instruments, but not me. While I can clap and whistle, thats about the extent of my musical ability. However, I can draw pictures and they can't...so I guess it all comes out in the wash.

Now, if only there can be a group play video game that makes drawing look fun.

I understand what you mean about trying to master a real instrument thou. Most of my family can play real instruments, but not me. While I can clap and whistle, thats about the extent of my musical ability. However, I can draw pictures and they can't...so I guess it all comes out in the wash.

No, MY comic book. Modern age....like December 2008 edition. By the way, the 1950's was the Silver Age (Silver age began with the first appearance of the Flash and ended with the death of Gwen Stacy; a period of about 20-25 years).

I'm a FAAAR way from being Stan Lee! I don't think anyone noticed my occassional absences at the gathering, but I had a couple issues to plot and a pair of covers to sketch.
Now that I think about it...my work related absences probably looked creepy! LOL
