That will probably be hard to find, considering the status of the sole of the foot in Arab culture. For example, exposing the soles of one's feet to someone else is considered extremely offensive. The concept is found in Islam, but I think the idea pre-dates Islam and Christian Arabs have similar views (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

Also, I'm pretty sure the man in the first picture is not Arab.
