I wish I saw your answer earlier. Thank YOU. Visualising your goals help to get through the trouble. Imagine a nice mirror white, maybe golden, and the picture when you succeed in your matter. By concentrating on it you give mental energy to this, and help the picture manifest. Concentrating on your trouble makes IT bigger. Concentrating on your solution, (better accompanied with much positive emotion) makes trouble smaller, and the goals to be achieved. :cool2:
