Yah. Thats a dangerous situation and could turn that situation into something you might end up paying for. Have a play session with that as the theme but dont do it irl. The ramifications might be dire

Interesting question. To answer such question I really have to separate imagination from reality.

While my imagination is quite vivid, I could definitely come up with few scenarios how could I potentially tickle some female burglar. We do have imagination to use it to our disposal, right?

In reality, however, I'd call the police no questions asked. Boring, but realistic answer.

I've defiantly had a few Tickle Dreams & thoughts involving a Burglar as a way to #1 make them pay but with a different kinda of torture or #2 a way to express my ticklish desires on someone who is getting in my mind the easy way out by me not calling the cops on them. ( actually after a while they might turn themselves in)

I'd prefer to never actually deal with a robber because who knows what could occur but i can always imagine it in my head!
