Lois Lane from the Superman animated series (the series also spawned its own comic book...much more geared toward kids than the regular Superman comic). The Lois from that cartoon was so strong-willed, so independent, oh to find out how much it would take to break her.....

PS: Loved this one cartoon I saw drawn by someone on here, of Lois being tickle tortured for information on Superman. The drawings of her were spot on!

I'll have to find that drawing. I've always liked seeing the tough girls broken by tickling.

I gotta say that any of the Gotham City gals would make my list--Barbara Gordon (in her Batgirl days, so that I can tickle her feet), Poison Ivy, Catwoman... and of course, Harley Quinn! I frigging love that woman so much... 😀

Side note, Harley's also the fictional character I'd most love to be tickled by. Like, I have legit fantasies about having my feet at her mercy... X3

And it has been theorized that Nightcrawler himself has a tickle fetish. I don't know a lot about this character but her name is Meggan, she goes barefoot even in costume, and Nightcrawler tickles her too!
