I'm not sure what I'd use super powers for if I had them. For the greater good of humanity, I'm sure. That said, the idea of being able to tickle someone without touching them has raised some interesting & funny scenarios in my head...
Imagine if you were in the same room with someone who'd you absolutely love to tickle, but will most likely never get the chance. So you decide to use your "superpowers." At first, you imagine some light strokes across the bottom of their feet. Then you hang out and wait for a reaction. Then you produce tickling sensations on their sides just above their hips. The person yells and jumps and your biting your tongue.
Ok, this is the funny part. The person's first reaction is going to be "hey, who's tickling me?!" But when they realize no one is within tickling range, they're going to know something is up. If you are the only other person in the room, what are they supposed to think? Are they going to think they're nuts and imagining invisible ticklers. Are they going to think they're being tickled by aliens, or are they going to suspect it's you?
If the person decided you did it somehow, it's funny to think about how they'd ask you. Something like, "uuummmmm, ahem.....are you tickling me somehow?" I don't know about the rest of you, but my face would tell the story. But even if you denied it, how they gonna prove it?
Here's another catch...imagine if you could tickle someone from another room. You could just sit and wait to hear their reactions. So there you are and suddenly you hear this crazed laughter from the other room.
Ok, there went my tickled-crazed, ticklephile mind again dreaming up off-the-wall scenarios...
