Personally I wouldn't be able to want to marry a girl who doesn't like tickling (and would keep dating her, marriage isn't necessary and I'm hardly convinced into this due to the risks).
Anyway, as of not to sound like a nasty prick, it sounds like hard not being fully pleased by your significant other, as a good and healthy sex life is just as important as a good relationship in my book.
You're clearly very frustrated about this, so you either gotta talk to him about it (if you can't get him to do it with subtle hints) or make a more difficult (possibly dangerous) decision. These options include (but are not limited to): cheating on him, divorcing from him,... You know the hard measures.

Point taken. It's then more of a fear to weird him out, I assume? because tickling often is deemed as childish and/or innocent, for instance. Well, in that case she needs to find friends who like tickling as well. Dunno how you meet them, but I know there are plenty of them, especially among women.

Well,,, I should have done my homework before tying the knot!!! but I didn't ... Tickling doesnt necessarily go with sex I know... but it sure is Fun "wink"..... I see that there are all kind of get togethers and parties posted on TMF... is everyone usually friendly I'd really like to attend one!!! I love to travel and I would like to meet people that share the same interest as me....

I've been to several gatherings, and I'm pleased to say everybody has been great. I've yet to encounter a single conflict.

Well you have made a positive first step by posting and opening up to this community. The next step is to keep posting and thus become more of a part of it. Very few of us either tickle or are tickled as much as we would like, yet we all still enjoy reading about it, discussing it, looking at pictures and clips of it (there is nothing wrong with ticking by proxy). Further steps may be gaining in confidence and making friends online (make or female) attending parties etc.
Also my new girlfriend (since May) confessed something to me when we first met, at which point I reciprocated with my tickle thing. This completely threw her for a bit, combined with the (then) fact that she appeared to have the most unticklish body on planet Earth, made me feel all my Tickle action would have to stay confined to the TMF. However since then I have succeeded in making both her feet and bottom ticklish. Now she doesn't think it weird at all, but for her it is an enjoyable part of foreplay.

I feel your pain Iris. I too am married to man that does NOT like being tickled. He tickles me ... a little ... not enough. I wish for more constantly ... sigh.
