I think that this particular clip is of Alicia Silverstone in the movie The Babysitter.
 
Ok, I can fix this

I uploaded those clips to the group. The .rm file is, indeed, The Babysitter starring Alicia Silverstone. I accidentaly uploaded that one. The one I had intended to upload was a clip I d/l'ed that is from footparadise's 'The Babysitter' (a movie that I own and is awesome for any foot fans out there). Anyway, that's what they are.
