Recently I have been conversing with a few female members, and at one point or another I told them I would like to tickle them. It was just explained to me by one of them that this is inappropriate. Hindsight is always 20.20, it WAS inappropriate, I should have known better, even though I was trying to make them feel good. I am genuinley sorry and it won't happen again.:sorry:

Did you apologize to the people you were talking to?

It's good you now realize this, some people on this forum never do. It's best to apologize to those offended and not repeat the mistake.
 
It keeps saying "user was banned for this post" I thought that was bit harsh but obviously I got it wrong, I'm still learning.

No, that's big Mick, we've been friends for years. Honestly, he wouldn't mind about that if he knew, he's always kidding me about being a scouser, saying everyone should watch their wallets.

That's interesting. I've told several of the ladies I'd like to tickle them. Not one of them reacted negatively.

I can't even tell you how many times I've gotten PMs, IMs,
and PCs in the chatroom from men (and even a few women)
saying they'd like to tickle me. It sort of goes with the territory,
I'd say. It doesn't offend me, especially if it's done in friendly
conversation. Only if someone IMs and says "asl where r u
tiklsh" or my favorite, "tickle tickle" do I get annoyed. I'm sorry
you reached out and were treated as such.

I'm more curious as to how he asked them he wanted to tickle, he might be leaving something out. Or possibly overreacting to the situation entirely.
 
I'm not leaving anything out. I didn't go too overboard, but I did dive right into it. And I'm not going to say who I was talking too that wouldn't be fair.

Could be. I'd equate it to signing up on a dating site and
then getting offended when someone asks you out on a
date. Is it a better idea to get to know someone before
trying to ask them out? Sure. Just sayin.

You're absolutely right, that's why I started this thread and PM'd all three women to apologize personally and all three have told me it's ok.
