In Memory Of A Beloved Artist

Dear friends,

It is with great sorrow that I must announce the passing of a beloved artist. Corwin FT, died on Tuesday, July 10, 2007. His death was sudden and unexpected. Corwin is survived by his wife and three children.

I first learned of Corwin's passing this past Saturday. On Tuesday I spoke with his wife and she requested that I share the news of his death with the community he was so very fond of.

Working with Corwin was an honor and pleasure. He was a gifted artist with a passion for the genre. He poured all of his being into each of his creations and it showed. He generously shared much of his work with the community and his presence will be deeply missed by many.

RIP Corwin FT

Corwin FT was a great artist and a great member of this community. He never had a bad word to say to anyone. Always sticking up for members that are being "flamed" in the forums.
I am honored to have chatted with him here as well to be a part of one of his creations.

Where ever my posts are, you will see one of his latest magnificent pieces of artwork as my sig picture.

My condolences go out to his family.

Corwin FT will be greatly missed.

I feel like we've lost someone that helped to bring our deepest and most cherished thoughts to life with the amazing talent in his fingers.

I feel an overwhelming amount of sadness for the family that he left behind. This is the last place I would have ever expected to come to and feel sad, but cold, unrelenting reality has its way of getting into any situation.

I was able to work with Corwin on a project for MTJ Publishing in which he illustrated a story that I wrote, and for this I am so thankful to MTJ pub.

Let's send our good thoughts and prayers over to his wife and kids.

I'll never forget his talents, and his artwork will allow him to live on in my head.

Terrible, terrible news this is ... Such a loss... so many works of art that will never see the light of day. All we can do is treasure the creations he has so generously given to our community.
