I have a minimum travel of 40 minutes to the nearest adult store. The closest one USED to have a lot of tickle related stuff back in the 80's and 90's. Last time I was there they had a bunch of S&M stuff but no tickling.

The other one, closer to Pittsburgh on RT 51 used to have a lot of stuff too...but I haven't been there in years.
