It does not matter as long as they are ticklish.
 
I like innies and outies as long as the outie isnt too huge. Outies seem so extremely rare...especially on females. So c'mon ladies, any of you have outies?? 🙂
Anyone ever tickled an outie or had theirs tickled and know of a technique that works particularly well?
