I agree with you that Footworship does a very good job, but he's relatively new to tickling fetish. That's why he asked for advice in his 1rst post and people replied to him.
BTW, bondage doesn't necessarily mean torture or BDSM. You can have a playful/erotic session even if the ticklee is restrained.
In a tickling context, I think bondage is there to help the tickler to do his/her job. And it's also a good way to spice the game and to add variety.
