Inspector Gadget clip

HEY PEOPLE! I'M BACK!

Sorry that I haven't posted in a while; been on holiday to France and it was superb! (I did snowboarding :tounge: )

Now I am in search of a clip that was posted here not so long ago. It was a cartoon foot tickling clip from an inspector gadget episode where (adult) penny was foot tickled by an emperor with a feather. At the end of the clip it showed the emperor with a broken feather.

This was from the 'Kid Inspector Gadget' series where they were travelling through time. So does anyone have it? Or know's where it is?

If so please post the link or the actual clip.

there is actually a better clip from inspector gadget...it's f/m..and it envolves a woman tickling the foot of a prince with a feather..i believe the title of the episode was "king wrong"

if anyone has this please post

for all you f/m fans there is an episode of the the UK version of the gameshow "distraction" wher ladies tickle contestants for obvious reasons...i would beg,borrow and steal to see this
