Here is the clip you want unfortunately its not in the format you requested (plays perfectly in real player). For some reason everyone seems to think that it is penny who is being tickled, but the clip itself says "Agent Heather". As far as I know Penny is never tickled in the series.

That is not even Inspector gadget. And i do believe the clip does not exist. I agree with roberto. el Dave, you can't just say, yes it does exist wihtout proving it. Go find it.

i've seen most, if not all inspector gadget episodes, and penny doesn't get tickled, let alone shows her feet. what budwieserbob mention in the attatched link above was from some agent heather show i think, i don't know how he got it confused with inspector gadget. so, just sorry to burst your bubble.

Well, it IS Inspector Gadget, kinda. The show is called "Gadget Boy's Adventures in Time." Since it would be EXTREEMLY unlikely that his niece Penny would even be born yet he was given a new sidekick by the name of Heather and and new nemisis in the form of Spyder.
It's all on Wikipedia.

You know...i do believe there is a scene in which penny is tickled...i used to watch the show as a kid and i always thought about it...i dont recall details but i see, to remember her sitting on the floor with her feet out straight and her being tickled and laughing...never seen a clip nor could i find one...but just to add to the arguement of "does it exist or not"....i do believe it exists

Sapphire's right, it's Gadget Boy, not Inspector Gadget. Gadget Boy was done in the late 90s and was inspired by the old classic. Gadget Boy even talked like Inspector Gadget, and was paired up with a Penny-like character named Agent Heather, who unlike Penny was an adult, as well as a robot dog much like Brain.

I've heard that there's another more recent Gadget cartoon that's only aired in canada or sumthing. I think Penny's a teenager in that

i can confirm it. the newer series was Gadget and the Gadgetinis, and later Go Go Gadgetinis

Yeah, at the time I thought it was inspector gadget, but confused it with "gadget boy" (it was an easy mistake, you have to admit).

Anyway, I apologise for the misunderstanding. 🙂
