Buen día estimados lectores, en esta ocasión les compartiré una anécdota que me ocurrió con una instructora de Yoga.

Resulta que por temas de estrés y de tener mucha carga laboral, mi médica me recetó que asistiera a clases de Yoga, debido a que eso me ayudaría a eliminar el estrés acumulado por el trabajo y otras preocupaciones que nunca faltan, así que decidí hacerle caso y empecé a buscar en los clasificados, sobre una instructora de Yoga que hiciera las sesiones a domicilio.
