My favorite theatrical take was in The Groove Room (aka What The Swedish Butler Saw). Once Jack has Alice stripped and bound before him the conversation goes something like this...
Jack: "...I assume after all this work on my part that you are a virgin?"
Alice: "Yes, Dam you!"
Jack: "Then our lessons will begin at the begining
[Jack slides his right hand down Alice's left side firmly griping her left butt cheek, causing Alice to start giggling]
Jack: "I must say Alice I hadn't expected you to enjoy it this quickly."
Alice: [a giggle in her voice] I don't, I'm just so dreadfully ticklish there."
Jack: "Really, and here?"
Alice: [laughing] "Yes, stop, stop..."
Jack: Aaand here?
Alice: [Gasping at Jack's moxy] "No Jack I Am Not Ticklish There!"
