I came acrossed this on Facebook. It's one of those First World Problem memes floating around on the internet. One would assume that it could've been a ticklephile who made this.

saratk, you might be onto something. Being that people follow and copy off memes, I can see tickling becoming big in the mainstream this way. We should raise awareness in other forums on here.

-> Yea, I've seen this before, and it's been posted on twitter as well. I responded to a couple of the women who tweeted this with "that's why I get someone to scratch my foot for me" OR "if you want, I'd be more than happy to scratch that itch" -- I've always gotten positive responses from them.

And I agree with saratk and DTurtelli, I try to promote positive things about tickling when I can. So far, I've gotten great responses. I think it's a good idea to try to make it more mainstream.
