Mine is not, however, I did have a lee once that would have listed her belly button as her most ticklish spot. 🙂
 
I honestly do not know, I've never had anyone actually tickle my bellybutton. But the number of responses here make me wonder.
 
My belly button is the most ticklish spot on my body too.
I truly hate when someone tries to tickle me there.

Besides my belly and sides my belly button is one of my worst ticklish spots and you got it right, q-tips are awesome to use for belly button tickling. Drives me wild.
 
Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. I wish it was Ticklish all the time.

But even when it's not Ticklish, it's still a Huge Turn-On for Me when it's touched.
 
Very much yes! Someone once sat on my hands that were above my head when I was lying down, and wiggled a finger in my belly button for 10 minutes. I was screaming and begging, but I loved it!
 
I laugh like an idiot every time my GF says she wants to raspberry my belly button before she even touches me, it's the anticipation of it all.

I don't know if it is genuinely ticklish. I would say her belly button is, or at least it's very sensitive. She laughs differently depending on whether a raspberry, fingertip or tongue is doing the tickling.
 
yeees! it's a different kind of ticklishness though from anywhere else, super hard to explain. i guess it's more sensitive than anything? but oh gosh, someone wiggling their finger in my bellybutton (or nibbling around it) drives me insane. 😛

You should totally tell him, I'd sure he'd love to know another way to turn you on and make you feel good, and that's more important than it being a "weird" spot to be turned on. That's the sort of thing I'd want to know from a partner to make the experience more enjoyable.

...and since I'm here, yes, its ticklish. Although I don't think I'd go so far as to say "extremely."
