Is C4S safe?

I have never used C4S before and am thinking about using it (possibly with a pre-paid credit card)

What I want to know is if the site if safe and will my credit info be secure?

Has anyone here ever had any problems with the site/credit information?

I'm sorry if this has been asked before but I would really appreciate any feedback
