It seems to take a long time to click on a thread, or send a pm..is it my computer? Or is the TT running slow for some reason?

I've noticed it a bit as well. The server may be running a bit slower with the enhancements to the site.
 
Yeah, I'm looking into it. MissyVal already mentioned it a couple days ago to me actually... I already uninstalled LiveTopic and about 5 other modifications. Some of them are purely cosmetic though and shouldn't affect the site's speed.
 
TT seems to be moving in and out of smooth running for me, but that could be anything.
