Is it ok for tickling models to dramarize and deliver a more powerful movie?

I think a real reaction is definitely better. When I watch a video, it's all about imagining what the person is feeling, so if they're not actually enjoying the sensation, it's a turn off.

This all this just goes to show that EVERYONE has their own opinion. The bottom line is...does the clip sell? If it sells well then the issue of authenticity of laughter, etc. is a moot point. One producer may offer a clip that is 100% authentic and another may offer a clip that has been coached. As far as the producer is concerned he is going to go with the ones that keep him in business. What does it profit a producer who insists that every clip be 100% authentic if he can't make any money and goes out of business? Authenticity is better, but it is the bottom line that wins in the end. My personal bias is that foot tickling clips represent a form of erotic art. If they stimulate my eros, I buy it regardless of anything else. It is a matter of taste and there is no accounting for individual tastes. It is what it is.

The bottom line is...does the clip sell?
Every crap sells. Somehow. Unfortunately there are consumers for the worst junk.
The real question is HOW does the clip sell. Why not try something better and find out it sells better?
There are many potential customers who like something simple and real. Would a producer really do big business when he does what all others do?

There are tickle models that are fakers,
most of then are ticklish, but not enough to look good on camera, but they know how to perform on top of their natural ticklishness.
other models are very good actors and actresses and can deliver a very convincing performance even if they are not that ticklish.

Now taking tickling videos as entertainment productions, do you enjoy all of the above, as long as the final product is entertaining and convincing? or would you rather cut all the acting and performance and prefer true and realistic reactions, even if it means no reactions at all?

Where are you members standing on this? Would you support a movie that is acted to deliver an over the chart dramatic peace, or the minute you spot acting you just discard it and pass the page looking for the next real tickling clip, like those on youtube, which lack any production value, but are real life tickling moment captured on camera.

In my case as a consumer, if the final product is good, it doesn't matter if is acted or real, but I don't want to be aware of the acting.

As a producer, I discuss before film starts what is the emotion I want to capture on the days hour of video so that the model can prepare mentally, emotionally and physically to react and deliver as planned.

Maybe a LITTLE BIT, but unless it's a plot-themed video, the answer is a resounding NO.

As a lover of tickling... it's such a common thing for people to be ticklish~ and so rare a thing for me to see someone tickled... that to hear people are okay with faking makes me sad a little bit. It actually depresses me. We're a niche community~ very small... very passionate too.

The kind of feelings I've seen within this community go beyond a lot of what I see on fetlife. The shame of talking about it, the depth of what tickling means to them. Connections their fetish has with their youth. It's a powerful thing, this fetish~ so to see and hear producers treating is as if it was a joke, like... a gag really. Like it's not really meaningful to them. It makes me sad. It makes me wonder if at some point, they ever had a love of tickling, at all. If before they ever got their first camera... they honestly felt that sensation within their chest that made them tingle at the thought of tickling someone or being tickled.

Those butterflies before being tied up. Did you ever feel that? Did you ever fantasize about faking it? Did you ever feel satisfaction in knowing your actions ever caused a fake reaction?

Never mind cheating others, I'm not talking about that... but yourself. At some point when this is all over, why did really ever start? Is the business that lucrative? Are you really having that much fun selling your love of tickling for a dollar a minute, when it isn't even real?

When I think of tickling, I think of a beautiful thing that many hold back on because they've forgotten what it means to them. They are afraid of exploring the depths of what it could be. Many are afraid of intensity~ and pushing a limit because tickling can't be anything more than a surface sensation. Others, don't even know that limit exists, because there's so few things out there that convey it.

Some don't even look at the concept that tickling doesn't have to be about those limits at all, just like they have nothing to do with beautiful models "that look good enough for the camera", but that they laugh because someone touched them and brought them somewhere maybe they didn't originally expect to be in their lives.

Nothing I say will change a thing. The video community is far too gone to change now. But now you know what someone like me thinks, and I'm not the only one. You have a fanbase who you have to satisfy, and for all we know they don't know any better. Your fantasy and faking could be the first real thing they ever saw of this fetish~ and they connect it to that. They don't see anything more because neither did you.

Inverse, you have a very poetic way of writing. I like it, makes me sit up and take notice.
In response though, it's worth remembering that it is a fetish after all. Sure, we see the member list growing into thousands but, on the grand worldwide scale, we are a minority. That fact that so many of us congregate here in one place gives a misleading impression of that.
The fact is many of us (if not most of us) find having a fetish quite embarrassing outside of these boards. Without them I suspect most of us would go throughout our entire lives keeping it all inside. There's nothing like cold hard cash to entice people to do things they otherwise wouldn't - let's face it, would you go to work everyday if you didn't want the payoff?
Just like Hollywood, tickling producers need to make clips that sell, and make them money. If they didn't, they would be crawling under their own personal rock with the rest of us. In Hollywood there's a constant stream of standard 'mainstream' movies that are designed to have as much universal appeal as possible ("bums on seats" is the expression). Likewise for tickling clips. Instead of over the top explosions and unrealistic car chases, we get extreme reactions (almost a caricature of tickling). Whilst the public demands it, that's what they'll get.
Every now and again a real gem turns up, however. The trouble is, without the 'mainstream' the market would not have existed in the first place, and so the gems would go unmade. Having watched the 'net tickle scene for over a decade now I firmly believe it has grown so fast as a result of the available media. A lot of us came here (and still come here) to watch tickling, not just talk about it. The more lucrative it becomes, the larger the scene.
Personally, I agree with everything you are saying. It just strikes me as an impossible dream. Whether we like it or not, I think we're better off the way things are than the possible alternative where only one clip ever gets made per month. It could be the best clip ever each month, but that would just leave us wanting - and we'd only come on these boards once per month, so the community would dwindle instead of keep growing.
Cash is a huge motivator, and motivation will always go where the cash flows.
