Being tickled to climax can happen with little to no acutal "stimulation" to the genital area.

I've ejeculated a few times from having my sides and feet tickled. I had a similar experience. I allowed my girlfriend at the time to tie my hands behind my back and my feet together while I was butt naked lol.
