Not at all, if i tickle to the point where my 'lee is sweating from the exertion it means i'm doing a good job and it makes me wanna keep going 😀. Luckily i've had it happen a couple of times. It's not much more of a turn on for me with the smell or anything but it's more of a compliment to the tickler, telling them that they doing their job... or it's hot >.>
