Is tickling someone against their will a big problem?

Big Problem? Yeah it is...its against their will...they don't want it...if you continue to do it despite their wishes than you are part of the big problem. When will people understand that Non Con stuff should never be acceptable.

:dropem:
Non con tickling among friends, meaning no one asking for permission

is all I have ever seen...
And when I see it the one being tickled begs pleads

and always asks for the ticklers to stop... They never do...(the ticklers)

Based upon the answers I have seen on this read.... these people are criminals...

I attended a wedding last July... the bridesmaides grabbed the bride

and gave her a good tickling, then they tickled each other...

they tickled 2 guests... it was a non con tickle fest....

Based upon the answers I saw here...they are all criminals...

No one called the cops...I thought it was cute...

When they were finished...they kicked off dancing...

Before the big tickling...:tickling:

The maid of honor grabbed the mike and said I know how

she hates this but we live so far away and we have to do this, We just have to...

Then they chased the bride into the grass and they gang tickled each other...

It was something to see...

No one can run in those dresses...

I was quite amused...

They all enjoyed it... It seems...

From the answers I see here....

It appears that some of you think that you can legislate morality...

You can't...

I bet very few of you even know what a non prosecution agreement is...

A deferred prosecution agreement is a voluntary alternative to adjudication in which a prosecutor agrees to grant amnesty in exchange for the defendant agreeing to fulfill certain requirements. A case of corporate fraud, for instance, might be settled by means of a deferred-prosecution agreement in which the defendant agrees to pay fines, implement corporate reforms, and fully cooperate with the investigation.

Fulfillment of the specified requirements will then result in dismissal of the charges.

The guys on wall-street commit all kinds of crimes...(anything from bribery to price-fixing, etc, admit no

guilt pay small fines...

and continue business as they always have. They admit no wrongdoing...

Does anyone think that is wrong? :ranty:

Oh they got away with millions or maybe Billions. Oh my...

You cannot legislate morality. (emphasis added)

The big firms are offered these deals UBS Paine Webber, JP Morgan, Merrill Lynch, etc...

When I watch the news or read the news,I so not see any cases

about non con tickling being a problem. Not at all...

I tried to pull some cases on it...

Not much out there...

Non con tickling...

It's not a problem...

It may be in your mind...

Not in reality...

Remember this is just my opinion mixed with some facts...

You need not agree with me...

One person told me I am now on their ignore list simply because I voiced

my opinion...

I was amazed by that!

I am also sorry she feels that way! (emphasis added)

Anyway the wind blows is cool with me!

Dandy Jack!

Dandy Jack, it's not a problem to poke someone or tickle them for a couple of seconds, but if they fight back hard and get mad, that's the moment when you stop immediately. Period. End of discussion! If there is any sign of discomfort, you stop. It's that easy!

In the case you chose to be your topic, the girl in question already clearly said the didn't like it, so why in hell would anybody bother her more?

Dandy Jack,

I think you are confusing attraction and affection. You are either attracted to a person or you are not, or you are affectionate to a person or you are not. The wedding you brought up, are girls that are affectionate towards each other. So, of course, they are elated to the interaction they endured between each other. Was their attraction between each other? Did the bride say, "Eat my pussy before I walk down the alter!"? I seriously doubt that summation crossed their minds. The mode of your thread is quite inflammatory.

What you personify is one-sided attraction, and not dual-attraction. You can blather about the "friendship frame" - all you want, but friendship usually entails affection to one's presence, and not attraction. Of course, friends can be attracted too each other, but you have to read the signs. And if you can read the signs: it would be consensual.

I'm doing my best to stay in my chair and not fall out from laughing!

This thread is hysterical!! And to think I unsubscribed a couple of days ago!! What was I thinking??

Giving an unsuspecting friend a playful, brief tickle just for fun is one thing. Devising a rouse to tickle them so you can get off without their permission is another. I don't know which you're referring to here, but the fact that you feel so passionate about non con tickling that you go to these lengths to staunchly defend it is disturbing.

I still await what Moose will do with his GF

he reason I started this tread...

To tickle the GF or not...

Does he get lucky or get arrested?

Dandy Jack:sarc1:

You "Does he get arrested" blabbering is as stupid as it is annoying! Nobody ever said anything about being arrested! That is not the problem! The problem is that this girl clearly stated she doesn't want to be tickled and you advise him to just not care and tickle her so she can't get away. If he has any respect of affection for her (and common sense!), he won't do it.

And all this talk about going to jail is complete BULLSHIT!

No one goes to jail for tickling someone. No one.

Show me one instance, just one and I'll back away from my claim.

Google "arrested for tickling". You'll get all the stories you can handle.

Now, granted... a lot of them were from guys doing stupid shit like breaking into a girl's house to tickle her, or members of the Pedobear fan club, but still. Bad judgement in picking your 'victims' can, in fact, equal jail time.

It appears that some of you think that you can legislate morality...
-Dandy Jack

No. But, you can legislate property rights.

This is why prostitution should be legalized everywhere, and get rid of the middle party(lawyers). Some people just wants to have fun, and attorneys - wants a orgy.

In actuality, tickling someone against their will is likely to be a problem, yes. In fantasy, it's not.

Coda replies: In actuality, tickling someone against their will is likely to be a problem, yes. In fantasy, it's not.

It does not have to be a problem! I am sure Moose will act with the proper questions answers have his contract signed before he tickles his GF... He has been now properly advised by the people on this site...

Right Moose! :nopity:

Go Moose Go:cheer::cheer::yayzorz::yayzorz: :cheer::cheer::cheer:

Dandy Jack!

Arrested was presented earlier... It was one of the replies...

Yeah, but you are getting stuck to it without opening your eyes for other effects that tickling someone against their will could have!

I prefer to call it majority and minority view...

There is no right or wrong answer, only your opinion...

every situation is different... What makes the difference is the total set of facts...

what I can tell you is that I don't agree with you.

that is all...

I live in the United states therefore my freedom of speech is at work here...

All I am doing is simply expressing my view. It need not be the same as yours.

The final choice is up to Moose...

I am hopeful that he will tell us the next chapter...

I personally have the same problem...I have a girlfriend who

does not want to be tickled.

So I don't mention it... I let her have her way. No tickling.

However I do hire professional girls to tickle. I tell her that is how it will work.

My answer is quite sad but it is the way I resolved it.

I don't want drama about tickling.

I kept my GF for a companion. She does make great coffee and she's a great travel companion.

We have no sex at all... she wants it that way...I accept her choice...

If I find another girl who wants to be involved with tickling and also wants GF status...then

changes may have to occur.

The game show buzzer goes to Moose.

Dandy Jack!

That's like saying there is no right or wrong answer if someone asks if its ok to punch someone in the face. You would think its a matter of opinion. Wrong.

When you grow up you will hopefully learn right from wrong before you venture out into the real world. Until then, please stay off the streets...

I did the Google search.
Dude. Weak.

Not one of those guys were arrested for tickling.
They were arrested for breaking and entering or sexual assault.
They happened to tickle their victims.
Take away the tickling and they still would have been arrested.

You guys are really reaching, here.

I stand by my prior statement.
No one gets arrested for tickling.
Maybe reality will sink in, someday.

How credible do you think this tale is?

Not more or less credible than the tales we get here every day.

And you have the audacity to call other people an "idiot".

When exactly did I ever do that?

It's a discussion because Moose feels he is faced with a problem...

He did not say My girl does not want to be tickled, therefore I won't ever do it without a contract...

He made a tread and asked for our opinion....

So I made a new tread simply asking...

If he tickles his GF without permission... Non Con tickling... is it a problem...

My Conclusion... Based upon the set of facts Moose has given us...

Moose should tickle his GF...Yes he should... Give her a great tickling...

Furthermore, Moose should tickle his GF everyday and every time he wants to...

I see nothing wrong with it at all...

Go Moose Go: :cheer::cheer: yayzorz::yayzorz::yayzorz::yayzorz::cheer::cheer:

Let the games begin...

The Hunger Games...(Interesting Movie)

Children being killed and hunted... Oh my... It's only a movie...

I mean the Tickle Games...

Once again: This is just my opinion Moose must make his own choice...😎:yayzorz::yayzorz:

Whoosh.

Generally speaking, touching somebody against their will is assault. Doesn't matter if your tickling them, trying to give them a handshake, or give them a high-five. Is tickling somebody against their will a big problem? That depends on the person your trying to tickle.
