yeah of course it is, you cant accuratly measure it but you can accuratly state wether its a characteristic/attribute you have or not.

Unless my undestanding of attribute is warped, I was under the impression it was almost like a mental tick box type job rather than something that has to be an exact measurment.

It depends on what you want, how you feel about it etc. For me lack of ticklishness is an attribute I enjoy, I'd hate to be ticklish, yet I love tickling others 😀 so I guess this is very much an individual thing.

i think so, bc even though you cant "rate" who ticklish someone is, can you really "rate" how attractive someone is. it is all in your taste. i personally like a really ticklish girl, but not annoying hyper ticklish. so a solid 7-8 tickle rating in my book.
