Hi all, happy 2012
Isobel has got herself into a bit of bother again
An investigative mission from a far away planet has landed on Earth and the inhabitants of the ship are friendly and pleasant, and have been welcomed by Earth's leaders
Nonetheless, they want to just find out for sure if there is anything sneaky going on, so they have dispatched a few select reconnaissance agents to have a look around the ships
Isobel was to sneak in through the service ducts and eavesdrop and generally find out anything that might be interesting
She stripped down to her undies and oiled herself up (standard operating procedure for duct sneaking) and started to slither and squirm her way amongst the pipes and wiring, this wasn't hard for her, being so lithe and flexible
But then it went a bit wrong, she got herself stuck in one of the main junction areas where everything gets a bit tight and crowded... that was ok, she was fairly sure she could get herself through if she just concentrated
That was when the automatic diagnostic system detected that there was something blocking the duct and sent a number of probes to find out what it was - the probes started to run their feelers over Isobel to find out what she was and how to get her out of the way... that was when her concentration dissolved... the feelers were desperately ticklish... it wasn't so much that they were touching her skin (although that was ticklish enough) but they are using minute electronic signals... sending them into Isobel like sonar and these are stimulating her nervous system in a most unbearably ticklish way... it's almost as if the probes are deliberately sending tickles under Isobel's skin and deep into her muscles
After quite long time of the probes investigating poor Isobel all over they still couldn't determine what she was so an engineer was sent to see what the problem was
He really isn't quite sure what to make of this silly looking life form making such a strange fuss in his duct system
As far as he can tell, based on the scant research material on humans, she seems to be happy enough, judging by her facial expression.. he seems to remember that is called smiling or something.. so he will probably just close the doors and leave her to it, what ever it is she's doing... it's nearly lunchtime anyway
