The Sean man is right. I actually tried itching powder one time. My Girlfriend thought it mught make my feet more ticklish. SHe rubbed it on and it did kind of tingle and itch but it didn't make her scratching of the soles of my feet any more ticklish than when she did it without the powder. Afterward I had to soak my feet in soap and water to get rid of the effects of the powder. It was an annoyance and a waste of time and money.
I love the concept of itching powder, but in practice, as has been said above, it's kind of a disaster. The kind you can buy commercially around here is made of all kinds of unpleasant substances.
I've heard that there are better alternatives avaliable, sort of urban legends about itching powders that you can get overseas, but in practice I've never seen anything to make me believe that they're real.
